The bunk bed set up is great (our kid loves it) with decent size for each bed in our room to sleep two adults (double bed size). The blanket, bed and pillows are alright, comfortable, but the upper bed mattress is better. The room size is not too big and yet have enough space for 3 carry-ons and a large suitcase. There is sufficient amenities to use (towels, tooth brush and tooth paste). Toilet size is decent with good amount of warm water and comfy showe head. The hair dryer is powerful enough for us. Washing and drying available with free detergent and only drying cost a bit of money.

- The train station is about 500m walk from the nearest station (Daikokucho, 1 stop away from Namba) - lots of eating places and convenience shops around the accommodation - lobby has coffee machine and vending machines - washer is free to use, just need to pay to use the dryer - The space is sufficient for a family of 5 - Each bed has its own charging port and night light

Great location, lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, tables/chairs for free rent), responsive and helpful staff. Self check-in was straightforward. Good amount of outlets and mirrors too!

- Near Namba station - Clean - Bathroom: separated zone, silent, good facility inside - Free hot cocoa & other drinks - Staff is very polite & provide prompt response - Near Family Marts - Namba Yasaka Shrine is right behind the hotel - Safe to walk around

Rooms were clean and were able to move around easily as suitcases could be put to one side. Tea and coffee were freely available in the foyer and also robes were provided. Mini fridge and cutlery were provided in room. Laundry service in foyer also, dryers were at a small cost to operate. Lockers also provided for a small fee if storage was required after check out. Convenient location close to train.

Staff were very responsive throughout. And they are fluent in Japanese, English or Chinese. Extremely helpful to us. Free drinks for our whole stay. Very near to Namba station and walkable to Dotonbori area. Many interesting places to visit nearby and many things to eat! Beds were comfortable and fluffy blankets. Loved their shampoo and body wash.

We loved the bunk bed set up! Although it felt cramped at first, our family all enjoyed being in together. The staff were lovely and helpful on arrival. The room was clean and well appointed. The location was also great with lots of dining options nearby and a short walk to access public transport.

Conveniently located in Namba, not far from the bus terminal and a few restaurants. The room was very clean with a large television, and we enjoyed the free soft drinks available at the first floor until 10pm.

- We stayed in the Twin room - looked just like the pictures, it was clean and soundproof, the bunk beds were comfortable - Bathroom was quite spacious given the size of the room, modern and clean - The lobby was well-equipped: there were coffee/hot water machines + tables to eat/work + vending machines with snacks and basic necessities - We also got to use the washing machine + luggage storage - For late check-in (after 11pm), they will send the main door code in advance and you can then register on the computers in the lobby which will indicate your room number - Location: close to main tourist spots

Loved the location, rooms and space. Very welcoming staff. Family suite was just perfect for us, well-equipped and plenty of room. Free drinks was a lovely touch each day and some gorgeous local restaurants. 19 mins walk to Dotonbori and 5 mins from some great shops. Subway stations close, just wonderful!
